I have been in a queue for 1hour and 20 mins!! What the hell is going on. Has o2 ceased trading or got rid of all of its staff. The dumb thing is they have no one on e online chat either.
Makes you wonder if they really want you're business.

O2 service atrocious. Waited 7 days to upgrade to new phone ,still not done no control over carriers dpd .take your money quick enough though .will b going elsewhere at first opportunity.

It's usually UK Mail but either way O2 should be chasing the phone up for you - it's their responsibility to do so.
