O2 customer service Are very Rude - un-helpful with awful hold music
Everytime i ring o2 up sorted out my account i be on hold like 50mins with awful music time you need updates it :(, o2 customer service dont want to help you if you got speech problems as i got speech problems, it very hard for me talk to they keep cut off, T-mobile offer Disabled customer Team Deal with people who got Speech Problems. o2 dont seem to Help.
Here is few thing i want give
1. Better hold music
2. Training your o2 customer service when peolple who got Speech Problems
3. 202 need Updates more Easy to use, about time you need New woman voice she is awful now.

That's sad to hear. Perhaps they need a specialist team for this type of situation (without sounding condescending). If it makes you feel any better, half of them don't give real answers anyway.

Ashley, not being disrespectful to you but you have been posting this type of thing for a while.
Have you considered using the complaint review service rather than posting here? I'm sure you can find someone who can put together a constructive letter to o2 with recommendations about your frustrations. To be honest, you have more of a valid complaint than others.
Perhaps Leonard et al could pass this on to CS management?

The time it took you to get through - it may just have been busy that day.
The main issue I can see is the lack of help you got when you called through. You haven't said though what exactly happened.
If you weren't happy with the advisor's service/attitude why did you not take it further with their manager?
Why not call and ask to speak to a manager. if you have the date/time of your call where the advisor was rude/unhelpul then it could be traced and dealt with.
