The auto top-up feature for Pay and Go has been removed.

I'm fed up with not being able to set it up again without committing to a regular £10 per month top up.

Can we get O2 to re-instate it please???

I understand they want to increase revenue, but those of us who don't want to commit to a regular £10 per month are building up a credit and effectively they've pushed us into a sudo contract.

The alternative is a PAYG Rolling Plan, @doverrog

There is a £5 per month option on Big Bundles @doverrog :-

Big Bundles: Eveything you need to know – Help and Support | O2

If you do not want data, that might be an option to consider ?

Hi and thanks Oxonian. I've looked at the £5 Big Bundle and the calls would cost 55p instead of the 5p I pay now so I'll stick with my Pay and Go and put up with having to top up when low rather than automatically.

Thanks again.

I assume that you are clear that is the Out of Bundle call charge @doverrog :-

But you do also get :-

Hence, whether or not the £5 Big Bundle "works" for you depends on your usage pattern ! 👍

Does this still not exist for those with PAYG MyO2, @doverrog or @Oxonian?

Not on the MyO2 app @pgn as far as I can see, but on the web we have a variation on it :-

Choosing either option takes you to a page to set up payment details etc. 👍

When you say ".....has been removed" @doverrog, are you referring to the MyO2 app or the web version of MyO2 ?

If you @doverrog go to the MyO2 homepage on the web, you have at the top of the page :-

If you click on "Top up", I see this panel on the right-hand side of the page :-

Following the "Set up or manage your auto top-up" link takes you to the page that I reproduced earlier in this thread.

Do you see that ?
