Dear O2, I recently informed you of a scam from an Armenia source, 3/9/24 two calls to my mobile and 4/9/24 two more calls to my mobile. None of these calls were answered and still £150.99 was taken from me. I did inform you at the time and I got a crime reference code which I passed on to you and now my latest bill includes this amount which was nothing to do with me. You have given me a spend cap of £0, thank you.
I had another call from Armenia with a different number on 10/10/24 +37495205090, I am aware that many people seem to be having the same sort of scam, is there anything you can do to help.

We are not O2 here, just customers. Was reported but O2 seem to have kicked this into the long grass.
Has anything been done?
