There have been some issues with the cellular data connectivity reported by O2 customers on the Apple Watch Ultra and Apple Watch 8 in this thread here:
The reported issues are that the cellular data connectivity does not work after the Apple Watch Ultra or 8 has gone out of cellular signal range and comes back in to signal range, unless the watch is restarted.
Please can anyone confirm that they have a fully working and robust cellular data connection on Apple Watch Ultra or Apple Watch 8 on the O2 Network?

Was your Apple Ultra or series 8 watch purchased in the UK, @mobileappz?

Hi yes it was purchased in the U.K. from Apple. It’s a good point as I think certain models may not work on the U.K. networks due to differences in the cellular bands that they support. Which could also cause problems when roaming becomes available between certain regions.
