I've seen far worse on giffgaff Smiley Indifferent

People's usernames often reflect their mood at the time of posting, and if it's intended to be a one-off rant before they leave, then you get a sense of the type of discussion that's being started.

I can understand people's frustration at times, but if they can't keep it civil, then I find it best to ignore them (although a report where appropriate is always useful).

Thing is @Anonymous people have been reporting it but so far nothing has been done

Thanks for flagging @viridis.

 

Filters for usernames work in a slightly different way and our filter list is quite vast (as I used my own memory of bad language to create it ;)), but there will aways be the odd phrase that gets past. The best way to report these is privately to me, so as not to perpetuate or spread awareness of a any bad language/phrasing.

 

I'll also check ti see if any other phrases can be added.
