Strange just had a text message saying I haven't paid my phone bill from a different mobile number I didn't click on the website so but I no I've paid my bill

Block the number and report it as spam

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
