Good afternoon,

I am charged by O2 for the full 24 months air time, because it look like O2 is cancelling contract with me and they just didn't even bothered to inform me about it. Problem is though that i have arranged with O2 Business team? to pay my bill on 7th of August but the payment never came out even though i had money available on my bank account so i find this to be unfair. Plus i have sent my hpone to o2 insurance about month ago and only thing i heard was that it arawed wherever it is supposed to arrive and that was amost three weeks ago from now. So i am left without a phone and without phone line and i dont know waht am i supposed to do.

Hi there, I'm sorry to say that no matter what happens you will be liable to pay for that handset. It does seem that you've had a hard time of things.
You tally, really need to call customer service again and calmly talk to them to sort out this misunderstanding.

The thing is that with o2 refresh plan, when my account is cancelled i am supposed to pay the full amount for the airtime but to keep on paying monthly for the phone....i do know this.....what i dont know is why they dont take the money when is agreed and i look like an idiot and being charged.....and on the top of it i want even informed about it.....half of my working time a spend on the phone with them. And the phone issue is about the insurance. No information about that either....over a month.....and when i try to chase it up the people that pick up the phone just start to meditate going hmm and ommm for god knows how long and cannot even tell me what is what. Who wouldnt be angry at that.

I didnt say i'm not liable to pay for the handset. Maybe i wasnt very clear in what i mean but it wasnt that. slight_smile

all you can do is keep on at CS, see if you can rectify the issue, why was the handset sent off for repair??

Just cracked display but properly because it fell on the escalator and it went through couple of stairs so i cant use it...if the display would work i wouldnt bothered with insurance but unfortunately the surface of these phones seems to be very hmm sensitive?...Im jsut comaping it to other phones i had in the past thats all
