There are many issues with the O2 website with outdated information and broken links. I really like the look of the O2 IE website. It looks neat and sleek with announcements displayed prominently on the home landing page. Any updates to the website are announced beforehand : http://community.o2online.ie/t5/Announcements/Outage-on-o2-ie/m-p/567376#M116

I have also noticed that there are admin staff who will answer and resolve direct customer account problems. Just one of them linked here:

http://community.o2online.ie/t5/Billpay/Can-t-send-texts-or-access-internet/td-p/554786

Browsing the community will show many such instances.

My question is; Why can't the O2 UK web team be as diligent and efficient as their Irish counterparts??

Announcement on O2 IE home page : http://www.o2online.ie/o2/

O2 UK just go offline without prior warning such as 11.40pm tonight!!

Untitled1

I think it's been well documented previously by community members and suggestions have been asked for and we have put them forward. I think implementation is long overdue!

I've done the survey a couple of times but nothing seems to change or improve. Even the survey questions have never varied over the past 12 months.

Same here, I filled in a few before I realised nobody was taking any notice.

You can also sign up here, but that too seems to be largely a waste of time:

Join In is just another community type site that promises a lot but doesn't actually deliver anything.

Although I must say I did win a £50 Amazon voucher on there (fairly sure perksie did too!):smileyvery-happy:
