Solved: 80199 scam texts

I am receiving more texts from scam No. 80199.How can O2 stop this & reimburse the monies taken from my A/C last month.Am unable to get on live chat as they are too busy.??

It's your responsibility to chase the company charging you and claim a refund from them.
