Hey guys was just wondering if anyone can give me any news on 4G coming to my area in Fife, Scotland. I have been looking for any news for the last month or so but sadly came up with no results. Can anyone give me some sort of time frame?

By the time 2017 comes along we'll be lucky to get 2mbps on 4G!

I was being generous Rich.

Seriously though OFCOM are only interested in the over arching figures, not what really happens on the front line. So if customers report congestion then sure we can report to the Ombudsman or even go so far as to sue for potential breach of contract but neither are quick and neither will see o2 correcting the issues.

None of the regulatory bodies really care about the consumer - that is the biggest problem and the reason why the big companies can get away with murder !!

So then presumably it takes an organisation such as Which (The Consumers Association) to take on the big companies OR for a group of consumers to get a willing solicitor to take on a class action to bring about change?

How many of users on here would join such a group? ??
