Not good news for staff or customers if this is true!

Has to be said I'm pretty disgusted with O2 and really feel sorry for staff.

So it's not just their customers who don't want to be transferred to new ownership.......a wise decision Pablo !

That's it, once my contracts up I'm done with O2. If 202 is going the same way as live chat I'm out.

Not that I need to use CS much but think of it this way the forum members are going to be the ones who end up being CS for free.

More importantly letting go of so many staff in the current economy (or at all) is barbaric in my opinion. I'm actually rather disgusted!

O2s main selling point was the high CS levels along with the meniscal amount of complaints.

I have no wish to be the main form of CS for O2 nor do I wish for live chat to become a spoken variant.

Rant over the words I'd truly wish to use wouldn't get past the filters and the ones that did would be modded.

So ill end on this;

O2 are idiots!

It is time to move on after the contracts up. 98% 4G coverage or not. It's not coming to my village, O2 can barely give me 2G so I'll barely get 4G.

Outsourcing calls out the UK is just another money saving exercise to clear their debts through overspending and poor management and again is us the CUSTOMER that suffers!

Tariffs will continue to rise and management will still get their bonuses.

And let us not forget the poor S*ds at the call centres (The ones that actually help!) are going to join the dole queue.
