09 numbers on my bill

Just had a huge bill and found there are 3 calls to 09 premium rate numbers which are used for adult chat lines. I am horrified as I do not make calls like that and no one else can use my phone. Some must be piggy backing off my number but how do I prove it and stop it? I can't afford bills like that or higher. My phones on contract so I can't stop the payments. Anyone else having problems?

Yes I have done that ~ just interested in other forms of security as well.

I called customer services

an organised Bar all Direct to Bill Debits

and Premium Bar 

Done

I still didn't get the text from C.S. to confirm though!

I will call (when I am stronger) to just check it has been done.
