08448 003811 18 plus restriction

Hello

I have an additonal bill on my pay monthnly for dialling 08448 003811.   I don't want to dual it again to find out who it is and get more charges. Does anyone know what it is for. I'm suspecting it's from 02 when I removed 18 plus restriction. Can anyone let me know?

As a new O2 customer I was very surprised to see £5.45 worth of extra 'minute' charges on my first bill (I have unlimited minutes), for a series ?? of calls to 08448003811 and 08448003813. After reading this thread I checked and yes, the call timings matched perfectly with calls I made to 61018 and 61818 (i kept having to redial as I kept getting error messages during the calls). When I phoned O2 customer services this morning they were very adamant I'd made those 0844 calls and they were chargeable until I read out some of the comments on this thread, at which point they immediately issued a credit without further debate. So thank you.
