I am having issues with logging into the priority app. I click to log in and it takes me to enter my number and the code they send. Once I have done this it takes me straight back to the log in screen. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app. This has been an issue for the past few days.

Probably needs an app update.
Try online as a temp measure.

Looks like sign-on required with MyO2 credential for on-line version of Priority... This could be what is throwing the app off...

I have tried logging in online and the app deffinatly doesn't need an update so I'm unsure what to do. I'm going to try contacting O2 tomorrow but thought I'd see if others were having the same issues first!

I am not having the same issues as you @Kimfutrill but :-
1. the "new" O2 Priority app - launched July or August - does not seem to be as robust as the version that it replaced.
2. there are ongoing issues at individual offer level, with Greggs in particular frequently falling over. 👍
