Hi Guys just wanted to know who else would like to see o2 offer the service that vodafone and t-mobile do where you pay £2.50 a month and calls to these numbers come out of your inclusive minute allowance trying to see who would be interested and maybe we can put it to o2

Guys, just wanted to say I'm really loving the fact that you're putting forward some suggestions. Great stuff.

If there's enough interest for a topic, I'll make sure it gets suggested internally.

It would certainly be an innovation and make the competitors take note. It wouldn't be difficult to implement either.

There's got to be a challenge to O2 here, and a chance for Browni points!

If all else fails, if you can download the app available on android via the app store/googleplay "Say No To 0870/0845/0800" or visit the website www.saynoto0870.co.uk (it could be .com) where it will give you the 01/02/03 equivalent number in the majority of times. They also have an app to automatically redirect your calls to 0800 numbers to landline numbers which you can then use inclusive mins to those numbers too

I do use the apps. But I would prefer to have the ability in te first instance so as not to look for the alternate number. Be much easier in my eyes Still like the mins to conversion tho. 😄

Well, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that. Hope you are right, it's been a good profit earner for far too long.

It isn't just the fact that we have to pay stupid rates for these numbers, the fact that you can be on hold forever means contacting these companies can cost you quite a few pounds if you aren't using the apps and 0800 buster web sites.
