I’ve not been with 02 long and omg I know why absolutely awful you got to talk to them about ten times and ten different people before you get to where you want to be they either hang on a minute for me to look at this for you then end up cutting you off happened to me about six times in a week and then still not got what I wanted in the end I just give up honestly absolutely ridiculous rubbish
