Not impressed that cannot use open discount on new iPhone 6s, I can't see it written into terms and conditions either. Considering leaving O2 after 15 years!! Vodafone will offer same discount so better off cutting our losses!! Not happy!!!!

Always go for the best coverage and the best deal to suit your needs at prices you can justify. Loyalty means zilch to o2, it's supposed to be a fair deal for all policy but it's much fairer if you want the latest iphone than it is for the Android people.....
