Trying to pay bill

Anonymous
Not applicable

Has anybody else had trouble paying online today. I tried this morning and page froze on submit, I got an e-mail to say payment hadn't been taken, so use another card. I tried again this afternoon with a different card and the same thing happened again. I'm now out of cards to use!

Hi @Anonymous

I havent heard of anyone having problems. You may want to ring CS and pay via that route

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Edited to add there are various other ways to pay.

Any reason why you don't have a direct debit set up to pay automatically?

Every single time I login another case of problems as DD has been cancelled!!

I'll keep on commenting that it's in your own interest to have a DD setup, it avoids all of the existential problems that can occur from not having it!

DD suits most people but not others. There should be no option to cancel a DD but just how they could enforce that legally these days is another matter entirely.

Yes, I know @jonsie but it's in the t&c's and O2 just don't seem to enforce it. Maybe it is due to legalities?

I know there are companies who write ridiculous terms into their t&c's that'd never be enforceable in law.
