02 app no longer opens after recent update

Has anyone else experienced a problem with the 02 app after the recent update ? It now just shows a blue screen & shuts off. The 02 website makes no mention of it & no ppsts that I am aware of to advise what is happening. This has been like it for over 2 weeks

Yes I have a samsung S3 mini android phone. Hope this helps you in ascertaining what is causing the problem.

It may well be down to the version of android. I think others have had issues on Kitkat (Android v4).
Unless you can upgrade your phone to a newer version it might be you need to get hold of an earlier version of the app.

Whilst it is true that users on ICS are having problems the support pages say 2.3 and up is supported.

Must be a coding error or else the support pages are wrong, but as mentioned already, very poor if ICS is no longer supported.

I would think KK as that seems to be where the problem lies now, maybe 4.4.2 or even 4.4.4?

Its not just android. Windows 10 app hasn't worked for over a week now. Version 3.9.1

I've done all the normal stuff like uninstall etc. Epic fail!
