Its says to call 100. Which puts you through to O2.

This is hard work. It says "Says Call the BT Cellnet Operator on 100. BT Cellnet was the pre-cursor to 02 and no longer exists

When I call, it doesn't say that, it says "...call the operator on 100....".

Perhaps we are on different systems or something?
