Was wondering if anyone has had experience of the o2 fraud team?
I've had some unsolicited sim cards sent to my address, but not in my name. Phoned up o2 to report and they said the fraud team would phone back on a witheld number. Does this seem fishy to anyone or has anyone else gone through this process?

You cannot contact fraud yourself as they are not customer facing so I can well imagine their number to be withheld to prevent people from calling them.

Yeah that does make sense. Still, if anyone's used them before and can confirm this as normal practice, it would put my mind at ease!
