i called yesterday and spent over 2 hours on the calk with no resolution .

i have lost a mobile and i have insurance so i want to claim the hand set , [removed] he has blocked the last phone it was in can this be unbloked as this hanset is being iused with another sim and now is blocked ? iphone 11

i also need to cancel some numbers i was promised a call back but as yet nothing
