I called last week to cancel my husband's phone because he died. Instead of cancelling his number, you cancelled my number. I have called many times this week this week and finally was able to speak to someone yesterday. He claimed that my number would be re-instated within 4 hours or at least by the end of the day. He said he would check today to make sure it was all okay, but it just doesn't happen and I cannot get through to your customer service staff.
I know you are busy, but you would think the horrible treatment I have had after the death of my husband would mean that you would fix the error straight away.
Would someone please answer this text.
