Wi-fi calling just can’t get it back on after upgrade

Hi,

Changed the tariff last week on my biz contract and since then Wi-fi calling just won’t turn on in phone settings. It directs me to the website then says contact o2 business account manager etc which I’ve done 3 times now and they say it’s activated and have tried removed it and re added it but it just never works!!

Turned phone off several times

Was working fine till tariff change last week.

Going crazy now

What could it be?

Just ask them to add idata bolt on (data for iPhone).

Yes it was iData bolt on

3 support calls and they all missed it
