Hi,

Changed the tariff last week on my biz contract and since then Wi-fi calling just won’t turn on in phone settings. It directs me to the website then says contact o2 business account manager etc which I’ve done 3 times now and they say it’s activated and have tried removed it and re added it but it just never works!!

Turned phone off several times

Was working fine till tariff change last week.

Going crazy now

What could it be?

@crizdee

You may have the wrong data bolt on.

Check with customer service.

Have you checked if it's on in your MyO2 ?

Hi,

As it’s a biz account there’s no settings in the account to turn it on. I have spoken to support 3 times they say it’s turned on and also removed it and re added it to my account but it never works. It just sends me to the website when I turn it on.

I’ve looked in my account tariff details and it says Wi-fi 4G calls is active!

Most likely cause is that you don't have the idata bolt on action your account.

Often missed when tariffs are altered.

I also have no visible voicemail? everytime i refresh the settings in the phone or turn on airplane mode it tells me i have voicemail. but it an old voicemail from weeks back!

ive reset mobile data settings and still nothing.

Booked a support call yesterday 15:30 but never got it. guess i'll have to spend half my day on the phone trying to get this fixed.

You are definitely missing the idata bolt on.

An easy fix once you get through.
