A new phone was supposed to turn up within 5 working days and we are still waiting. Have called the business customer services. Renewals answer the call and tell me I need to speak to customer services. been on this loop for 45mins. Is there another way to let them know we have not received delivery of the phone, without being being on constant hold. I actually have real work to do!
