I was Debited for a phone contract

Hello, Yesterday, i was trying to sign up for an iPhone 15 promax phone contact and I paid £30 for the plan. Afterwards, I was told I am not eligible! Could you kindly revert my money? Thank you.

Moving your number

Changing one of the phones from O2 pay as you go to the O2 business account.Filled in the required paperwork to transfer the phone number. Called some days after as it hadn't transfered to be told it will cost £1,057.00 to transfer..... Anybody else ...
