Afternoon,
I renewed my business sim only contract in March time, since then, all of the iPhones that were previously working with Visual Voicemail, suddenly stopped working, and the 'Call' button appeared. I've called in around 6 times, each time they suggest they've resolved the issue, but they never have.
At the beginning of the month, I raised a complaint to complaintreviewservice@o2.com and they just called me back to explain that their team don't deal with business accounts, and they're transferring me to the business team. The call then just cut off, and nobody has called me back.
Where do I go from here? I'm stick of wasting my time on this. I thought a complaint would be enough to be put through to a more efficient department, but it seems like it's just the same call centre who don't seem to care.
