I have been unable to gain access to my account details for three years. I have repeatedly called and sent messages without resolving this issue. I called on 13/09/24 to change my account details and was cut off by O2 and none of my requests were implemented. Now after being a client for twenty three years I would now like a PUC code to go to another provider!
