Having been a Business customer for over 20yrs I contacted Business Customer Services dept to discuss renewal of contracts. Every year I have been offered a suitable deal. On this occasion however having tried to negotiate with rival offers I was promptly put through to retentions who's only offer was a PUK code!
After 20yrs they saw fit to lose a loyal customer.
Anyone else suffered a shift in loyalty/retention towards long term customers?

I haven't personally. You may be better ringing 8002 again in the hope you get a different advisor...?
