Bit of a rant I'm afraid. I have a personal account with O2 with 3 pay monthly numbers on it. I need to transfer 2 of the numbers to a new business account as they will now be used for my business. I thought this would be easy! You can't do it online and you can't do it in store as you have to call their "dedicated business team". 3 times I called, twice I was cut off and the 3rd time I was on hold for too long and I had to end the call. Each time I have to go through security via their automated system and then when I speak to someone, I have to go through security all again! I's so close to leaving O2 and going to another provider. Anyone else tried to do the same and had problems?

Try calling early around 8.00am.
