I’m in Portugal and can’t get a signal. I called O2 before I left and was told it would work and I would get full access to my minutes and data. Now I’m here I can only use WiFi so can’t even contact o2 for help as I can’t call them. I’ve test network I’ve test data setting I’ve done a full reset of the phone and to say I’m frustrated now is an understatement hoping to get some help on this

Have you manually searched for different networks to try?
