I really need my phone put back on it’s an emergency I have no electric supply and need to call the helpline ASAP. I payed my bill

Keep turning your phone off and on again @Skye2 but it could take up to 48 hours for it to process and your phone to start working again.
You can try calling the Payment Management team (their number is free to call using Skype) on 0800 902 0217.
