Moving your number

Changing one of the phones from O2 pay as you go to the O2 business account.

Filled in the required paperwork to transfer the phone number. 

Called some days after as it hadn't transfered to be told it will cost £1,057.00 to transfer..... Anybody else had this?

I fail to see how there can be a cost associated with moving a PAYG account number.

Something is not right either with the info you have provided or with what you have been told.

That is not a cost to move a PAYG number, it sounds like a refresh plan....

Who is telling you it will cost over £1K as it all seems as others have said a bit odd...
