I would like to know how to set up a facility of my monthly invoices being sent to an email address rather than in paper form. Just trying to do my bit for the planet!!
Can O2 help me do the same?

Just call customer services on 202 and they will sort it for you.
How to download them once set up is here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-do-I-get-to-the-Download-Bill-page/ba-p/1014096
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Check your MyO2 as described above and they'll probably be there already.

You can get them delivered by Royal Mail but they won't/can't send an invoice by email. I've always found it strange, they give you a link by email but it would be great if they could add an attachment. I'm guessing their systems couldn't cope  with sending thousands of attachments every day.

You get an email (and a text) to say that your bill is ready, but I have never had one emailed to me.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

It's worse!

Until recently, I could download pdf copies of our business account invoices and they showed the VAT.

Under the new "improved" system, I can only download what are designated as "Partial" invoices - these do NOT show the VAT.

As far as I am aware, O2 are legally obliged to provide VAT invoices to registered business users - so what the hell is going on?

And why should I need to do that when O2 has a legal obligation to supply VAT invoices?

This all worked perfectly well until very recently- why should it change?
