I have a manager on holiday in Majorca but her mobile data is not working.
Daisy comms asked her to change to 3G as 4G is not available, but still not working.
I need toget this phone working, any suggestions?

@MolliemoShe needs to call customer services to make sure roaming is enabled on her account https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
If she is using an iphone she may need a different bolt on for it to work abroad (this can be done via CS)
She could also try another network search and see if it's working on a different one
PS as it's a business account then this is the number to call when abroad

I'd kick this straight back to Daisy - I assume that's why your firm is paying them?

If your account is managed by Daisy then you you will have to go through the daisy helpdesk.
Normally if data doesnt work abroad on enterprise / business accounts it usually is down to a couple of things :
1.User doesnt have data roaming enabled, this is common on Enterprise accounts where by default the accounts are roaming barred.
2. Has the user hit there data limit, doyou have a bucket of data? or is a per user limit
