Could you please tell me how we get a VAT invoice the invoices that are on our account say they are NOT A VAT INVOICE , but vat is showing.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Give O2 a call on202 or 0344 809 0202.

If you are a business customer you need to call 8002 and speak to them.

if you are using personal account for business then that is a breach of the T&C's

Yet the likes of Aerial direct sign up personal customers on to business accounts with no redress whatsoever.
