I tried searching this forum but apparently no one else has had this problem..
Overall, my P30 pro has been fine, except the mobile reception is rubbish. Walking daily from Bank to London Bridge, almost zero signal until I het to London Bridge station
Then theres no signal at all until about a mile out, then intermittent signal until I can get home and back on my WiFi. Its like this almost everywhere - I've stopped bothering to even try it outdoors now.
I've always found o2 signal pretty poor, it rarely works abroad and in the usa on holiday I paid an arm and a leg for roaming nothing.
The bluetooth signal range from this handset is pretty awful too. Wearing earbuds I have to carry the phone in my hand, even a jeans pocket will kill the signal.

I've the usual customer service calls and as per usual it's my fault/it's busy in London blah blah blah. Maybe it's because I'm on a business tariff?
My old Oneplus was never like this...

If you're beyond your 14 day return window I'd get it in to Huawei to be checked out https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
