Anyone know how to export call data for a phone to a csv or xl file?  Can't find either in my account or in the help pages.

@Nickji

100's of posts today so I'm just knocking out answers as quick as I can.

Just a point though, there may be someone else on later who knows how this can be done. I will mention a few names @gmarkj @jonsie @pgn @MI5

If you can wait a while, I'm sure they will be on later....

You'll need to connect your phone to a pc to download your call log which can be then saved as a .CSV file.

Depending on type of phone, you will also need the companion software downloaded to your pc.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@Nickji

There is an option in myo2 on the website to download a CSV file, its a bit convoluted.

Go into Myo2, click on View and Print older Bills, you will then get the old Billing Platform

Click on your My Bill
Select from the menu on the left hand side - What i've used
Select Voice Calls from the drop down list
Select the mobile number
The scroll to the bottom of the page and select Download

A pop up will appear select the mobile number and click download.

This works for personal and should do so for SME accounts
