Every time I press download it gets me to login website of IBM Security Access Manager. What is it?

Yu need the security deails from your company or by calling 8002 from your mobile presuming you are on a business contract

Anyone figured out how to bypass it? I need to download my bill but got the same problem. I don't have business account.
