Call itemisation

Hi, 

I was wondering if someone can help. We may need to pull down call records as part of a legal case. Do you know how far back we can go with 02 itemisation? We may be looking for a record of a call which happened in Feburary 2020 and would like to know if 02 would still be able to provide this?

It would depend on your account @JDUBS and if the call was one made or received - only made calls show on the bill.

I can see bills back to Dec 19, but have been with o2 longer than that.
