Hi My visual voicemail has not be able to allow me to record a custom message all day. Most complaints have been about emails - but is anyone else unable to change their voice message? Its no longer suitable to say 'Hi, i'm unable to take calls tday on sunday....' Any knowledge of reasons or help?? I'ver turned the iphone off several times since 2pm today. 😞
Help please!
Pauline

Troubles with Visual Voice mail not saving passcode try (source the forums)
Call 1760 to de-activate your voicemail
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (No need to reset all settings).
Then re-start the phone.
Text "STATE" to 9011 (I don't know why or what this does?)
Call 1750 to re-activate your voicemail

What other basic fault finding / resolution have you done?
I.e. reset network settings turn voice mail off 1760 then back on 1750
