Hi,

 

I have just received a new sim so swapped over and now i get no network service or 4g when I'm out. Does anybody know what my option are, not putting the old sim back in as i stupidly threw it away.

@Anonymous If all you did was put the new sim in without swapping it using the link @adamtemp64 provided, then all you did was put in a blank sim. That's why you have no service.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
