Ive just upgraded from an old samsung to an iphone 5, silly non techno me thought i could do it simply all on line... chose a 'like new' product which has come today and is lovely but my sim card for my samsung is far to big to fit it... do I need to go into an o2 shop or can i do something about it? Any help gratefully recieved!

I'm surprised they didn't send you a new triple sim but anyway, the easiest way is to go to any o2 shop and ask them for a nano sim swap. They will do it in 10 mins, while you wait and for free.
