o2 to 02 calls

Hi  i have just got the iphone 5 on contract  My children have payg o2 phones and free 02 to 02 as part of bolt on.  It now charges them to text me.  Anyone know why?

It can take a couple of days before your number reregisters on the O2 system. Any charges will be refunded if your children ring up or use webchat to contact customer service.

Hi,

What payg tariffs are your children on.

If they have texts included then it should not cost them anything.

If they are sending mms messages and they dont have that as part of their tariff then they will be charged for sending them.

Ask them to check in their Myo2 in the app or online by hitting the Myo2 link at the top of the forum page to see what the tariff is.
