o2 absurd charges for phone repairs

so i have the lovely iPhone 7 and managed to crack the screen, thankfully their is no screen bleed or loss of use of functions, o2 want to charge me well over £200 to fix and replace or replace the handset for £500 sheets!!! however Apple store however will do a full front and rear replacement re collobrate the phone, change the LCD and also give me a 12 month extended warentee all for £119 and can do this in 2 hours where as o2 will take 2 weeks!!! 

yes if i had insurance it would be a simple pay the excess to o2 and be handed a new phone alas i never took insurance 😞

I wouldn't use O2's repairer whatever price they quote. Manufacturer every time for me.

i wouldnt even use the paper shop repair people same as you @jonsie will always go to the manufacture every time.
