Suddenly unable to receive e-mails on my iphone. Account set up correctly. o2 shop unable to fix. Any ideas?

Who do you use for your e mail ?

Firstly check all your settings.

Also check your mail toggles are set to on within your e mail iPhone settings.

Has this just started and were you receiving e mails ok in the past.

Have you set your iPhone to push or fetch.

Can you send e mails without issue ?
