please,i need a help,when i make a call my phone is making noise like a fax,don,t know what to do

Are you sure the number your ringing is not a fax number ?

Does this happen on all outgoing calls ?

Try a reset

Press the top button and home button together until the apple logo appears and let go.
After the reset check if the issue is still there.

i am calling from iphone to another mobile phone and they can,t hear me because is a strong noise but i can hear them

Have you tried calling a different number as it may be a problem with the other persons phone.

yes sometimes is making noise ,sometimes not,especial when i am home

If your mast status is ok then Ensure the speaker grills are clean on the iPhone and if they are fine then have the iPhone looked at at an apple store using my link.
