iphone 6s , forwarding text messages/ca;; volume

Have just tried to forward a text message and no longer seem to have the option to press and reveal the more button , is this just me /my phone or an ios9 issue?

 

secondly despite turning to full volume in call volume seems really low ? again i6/ios9 or me?

 

Any help appreciated

Have you tries holding home and power to do a general reset?

tried that and didnt appear to work , then tapped it twice , more in annoyance than effort and that seems to wok, used to be a continuous hold, now seems to be adouble tap, presumably due to new touch pad functions, anyway thanks at leats can now forward messages. thanks
